The perfect French sandwich from Provence, Southern France, to enjoy at your summer picnic!

In a salad bowl, cut the tomatoes, add the drained and crumbled tuna along with the radishes cut into slices.

Cut 6 slits of 20 cm into the bread, rub the inside with the peeled garlic cloves, crushing the crumb, then rub a little fresh tomato, add 1 tsp. of Black Olive Tapenade, a few slices of tomatoes, hard-boiled egg cut into slices, thinly sliced spring onion (or white onion) tuna crumbs, some crumpled basil leaves.

Drizzle with the Oliviers&Co Everyday Olive Oil.

Lightly press the ingredients inside for the bread to soak up and add pepper.

Enjoy as a picnic.
