
These grilled babyback ribs are delicious and easy to make. Our Ginger & Garlic Sauce makes for a surprisingly perfect match with our Hickory Smoked Sauce. It can either be cooked in an oven or grilled on your BBQ.
Grilled Ribs with Ginger & Garlic Marinade
Serves 4
- Ingredients:
- 2 racks of babyback ribs
- 1 bottle Olives&Co Fresh Lemon, Ginger & Olive Oil
- 3 tablespoons Oliviers&Co everyday use olive oil
- 1 bottle of smoked barbecue sauce
- Salt
- Freshly ground pepper
Instructions:
The day before, marinate the ribs in the Olives&Co Fresh Lemon, Ginger & Olive Oil.
When ready to cook, place the ribs on a barbecue grill over medium heat or in a 350°F preheated oven. Cook for about 40 minutes, turning them frequently to avoid burning. When the ribs are golden and cooked, arrange on a platter and serve with the smoked barbecue sauce.
Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper, if necessary.
