
This pasta dish is just what you need for a great dinner with your family or friends. These cheeses mixed with cream and sauce create an amazing to-die-for flavor.
Baked Pasta in Tomato Sauce with Four Cheeses
- Ingredients:
- 1 package of penne or spaghetti
- 4 tbsp. Everyday Olive Oil
- 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 shallots, finely chopped
- 2 jars of Puttanesca Sauce
- ½ cup crème fraiche or cream
- 4 tbsp. grated Parmigiano Reggiano
- 5 tbsp. crumbled Gorgonzola
- ½ cup grated Gruyère
- ½ cup crumbled goat cheese
- 1 pinch of Oliviers&Co Salt & Herb Mix for pasta and salad
- Oliviers&Co Salt from Camargue
- Black Pepper
- 15 Oliviers&Co Green Olives
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 450°F. Over medium heat, brown the garlic and shallots in a large saucepan with 3 tablespoons of Everyday Olive Oil. Add the Puttanesca Sauce and cream; mix well and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. Season with Oliviers&Co Salt from Camargue and pepper and the Oliviers&Co Salt & Herb Mix for pasta and salad, In a separate saucepan, cook the Penne or Spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain the pasta, place in a large baking dish and cover with half of all the cheeses. Add the sauce and toss to coat. Top the pasta with the remainder of the cheese and bake for 15 minutes or until brown. Add the 15 Oliviers&Co Green Olives and serve hot. Serves 4
