Baked Pasta in Tomato Sauce with Four Cheeses

This pasta dish is just what you need for a great dinner with your family or friends. These cheeses mixed with cream and sauce create an amazing to-die-for flavor.

Baked Pasta in Tomato Sauce with Four Cheeses

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 450°F. Over medium heat, brown the garlic and shallots in a large saucepan with 3 tablespoons of Everyday Olive Oil. Add the Puttanesca Sauce and cream; mix well and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. Season with Fleur de Sel Natural Sea Salt and pepper and the Herbes de Provence. In a separate saucepan, cook the Penne or Spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain the pasta, place in a large baking dish and cover with half of all the cheeses. Add the sauce and toss to coat. Top the pasta with the remainder of the cheese and bake for 15 minutes or until brown. Add the olives and serve hot. Serves 4
