Pan Roasted Sea Bass

A delicious take on Pan Roasted Sea Bass. Great Mediterranean flavors mix with our Black Olive & Candied Lemon.

Pan Roasted Sea Bass with Black Olives & Candied Lemon



In a large bowl, combine halved tomatoes, olives, and sliced onion. Drizzle with O&CO. Olive & Basil olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Set aside to marinate. Meanwhile, heat O&CO. Everyday olive oil in pan. Season sea bass fillets generously with salt and pepper. Sear the fillets, skins side down, for 4-5 minutes until the skin is nice and crispy. Turn fillets over and cook for another 5 minutes.

To Serve:

Place a generous dollop of O&CO Asparagus & Lemon Confit on each plate and top with a Sea Bass fillet. Top with tomato salad. Sprinkle with chopped chives and serve immediately.
