Sea Bream Tartare

Don't be intimidated by the "tartare"!  This healthy recipe may look fancy, but it's simple and straightforward to put together.  Borage is a flowering plant, native to the Mediterranean region.  It has a cucumber-like taste and is often used in salads or as a garnish.
