Directions:

Preheat an oven to 425 degrees.

Place fresh asparagus into a bowl & drizzle with the everyday Oliviers&Co Olive Oil. Toss to coat the spears, then add Parmesan cheese, garlic, Oliviers&Co Salt from Camargue, & pepper to taste.

Arrange the asparagus onto a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven until just tender, 12 to 15 minutes depending on thickness.

Sprinkle with lemon juice & drizzle with Oliviers&Co Barbara Organic Olive Oil just before serving.
