Apple Sauce
Preperation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 45-60 minutes
Ingredients:
- 8 Granny Smith apples
- 1/2 cup Oliviers&Co Honey & Ginger Vinegar
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 3 1/2 cups white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsps ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Instructions:
Peel the apples, remove the core & chop into fine, equal cubes.
Combine apples, vinegar, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, & nutmeg in a pot & bring to a boil.
Stir for about 45 minutes until fruit is soft.
Fill jars with sauce & serve immediately. You can replace the Honey and Ginger Viengar by any Fruity Vinegar Specialty of your taste.
