
This delicious jam is so good you'll eat it right off your spoon! This is an excellent replacement for ketchup - eat on burgers or on the side of your dish. Its sweet but not too sweet flavor will keep you craving more.
Balsamic Tomato Basil Jam
- Ingredients:
- ¼ cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp. white sugar
- 2 tbsp. Olivier&Co Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
- 1 tbsp. fresh basil, minced
Instructions:
Prepare jam by combining tomatoes, sugar and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena in a small sauce pan and heat over medium. Cook until tomatoes bursts open, flavors meld then reduces into a jam, about 10 minutes. Stir in basil at end of cooking.
Prep: 5 minutes
Cook: 10 minutes
