Cranberry Sauce with Mandarin Oranges


  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 (6-ounce) can mandarin oranges
  • 1/2 tsp. freshly grated orange zest
  • O&CO. Mandarin Specialty Olive Oil


  1. Bring orange juice and sugar to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Add cranberries and simmer, stirring occasionally, until berries just pop, 10 to 12 minutes. Fold in mandarin oranges and stir in zest.
  2. Cool. Drizzle with Mandarin Oil before serving.

  3. Note: Cranberry sauce may be made 3 days ahead and chilled, covered.
