In an area between Trevi and Foligno, we found an olive orchard which affords the palate extraordinary sensations! Since 1895, Olearia Clemente selects and produces the highest quality olive oil, exclusively coming from the territory of the National Park of Gargano, worked with traditional methods but with modern systems. It has taken more than 100 years and four generations to obtain a perfect product, an Italian Oil par excellence, Clemente Olive Oil.
