Fresh Shrimp with O&CO. Cocktail Sauce


  • 1 lb. large fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 6 tbsp. O&CO. Ketchup
  • 3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. horseradish


  1. Fill a medium saucepan with cold water and bring to a boil. 
  2. Drop in cleaned shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 4-7 minutes depending on the size of the shrimp.  
  3. Drain and cool on ice or in the refrigerator. 
  4. In a small bowl, mix ketchup, lemon juice and horseradish. You may add more horseradish, if desired, for extra kick.
  5. To serve, put a spoon of cocktail sauce in a wine or martini glass. 
  6. Hang the cooked shrimp along the rim of the glass, serve cold.
