Ginger & Lemon Salmon
Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 3 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 3 tbsp. chopped fresh basil
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. honey
- 2 tbsp. O&CO. Ginger & Lemon Olive Oil
- 2 10 oz. salmon fillets
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients except the salmon.
- Pour marinade over salmon and let sit for 1 hour in the fridge.
- Preheat oven to 425 or heat grill until medium hot.
- Bake or grill until fish is opaque, about 15 minutes.
