Paccheri is a type of pasta in the shape of large, wonderful tubes, originating from Campania and Calabria.  Made in Italy from corn according to a very strict manufacturing process, the pasta is then slowly dried to enrich the taste and keep the nutrients, without any additives.

To serve, simply drizzle with your favorite finishing olive oil or sauce for a quick and healthy meal. Also great for stuffing with cheese or "ragu" meat sauce, as well as for soups and lasagna.
