Green Beans with a Twist of Citrus


  • 2 ½ lb haricots verts or other thin green beans, trimmed
  • 1 tbsp O&CO. Lemon Specialty Olive Oil
  • ½ tsp. finely grated fresh lemon zest
  • O&CO. Fleur de Sel


  1. Cook beans in a large pot of boiling salted water until tender but still crisp, 4 to 6 minutes.
  2. Drain beans and toss with Lemon Oil, lemon zest, and salt to taste.
  3. Serve immediately.

  4. Variation: Substitute broccoli for green beans.
