Riccardo Altamura has been growing the olive for about ten years on the four hectares he owns. This batch is one of the most remarkable that Riccardo is known, despite a low yield at the beginning of the harvest. Selected for its purity, this oil is authentic, amazing and tasty. A green juice punctuated with golden reflections with fruit aromas tinged with some delicate floral notes that reveal all its freshness.
