Not far from St. Rémy de Provence, you will find a sea of olive trees that offers us each year an organic oil, that is both wild and subtle. It is characterized by a unique aromatic profile true to the terroir of the Alpilles. The domain is found at the depths of a long valley – the Vallongue – an ancient route that connected Rome to Spain. In this rustic, lush setting, it was natural that Vallongue would become an organic farm in 1985.
You will appreciate this olive oil with a floral taste profile with notes of fresh cream, pear, aromatic plants. Like all of our Grand Crus, this olive oil is available in limited edition: only 2000 bottles (1000 L).
