Lemon Ginger Stir-Fried Vegetables


  • 4 tbsp. O&CO. Everyday Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp. minced fresh garlic
  • 1 small red onion, peeled, sliced and separated
  • 2 heads baby bok choy, trimmed and cut in chunks
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup fresh snow peas
  • 1 cup carrots, peeled and sliced into rounds
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 2 scallions, trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 3tbsp. O&CO. Ginger & Lemon Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
  • O&CO. Fleur de Sel


  1. Heat a large wok over high heat. Add 2 tbsp. O&CO. Everyday Olive Oil. When oil is hot, add garlic and stir fry until just fragrant, about 45 seconds.
  2. Scoop out garlic and set aside. Add 2 more tbsp. Everyday oil.
  3. When oil is hot, add red onion, broccoli, snow peas, cauliflower and scallions and carrots. Stir fry for 4 minutes stirring constantly until veggies are tender crisp.
  4. Add bok choy and cook until just wilted. Transfer to serving platter and drizzle with O&CO Ginger & Lemon Olive Oil.
  5. Toss lightly and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
