Marinated Greek Style Lamb Chops


  • 8 center cut lamb chops
  • 1/3 cup O&CO. Mantinea & Avia Olive Oil
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh oregano
  • 5 cloves garlic, peeled & minced
  • 1 tsp. O&CO. Fleur de Sel
  • Freshly ground pepper


  1. Place lamb chops in a large glass dish. 
  2. Whisk together all other ingredients and pour over lamb chops. 
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 or up to 24 hours. 
  4. Arrange chops on a rack in a pan and broil for 3 minutes per side for medium rare or longer according to your preference. *You may also grill the chops if you prefer
