An oil that is as wonderful as it is rare! Mayol is a young family business that was founded in 2007 by two brothers. They inherited two small farms near Palma de Mallorca in 2006 and decided to plant 2700 olive trees, mainly Arbequina olives, a traditional Mallorcan variety. Historically, the export of Majorcan olive oil through Europe was significant from the 18th to the 19th century. It is now minimal, but thanks to the enthusiasm of the Mayol brothers, and this lot that is particularly scrumptious, the oil has found today a place of honor. The mill is currently the most modern on the island.
