Mint Sugar Snap Peas


  • 2 tbsp. O&CO. Everyday Olive Oil
  • 1 lb. fresh sugar snap peas
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp. O&CO. Mint Specialty Olive Oil
  • O&CO. Fleur de Sel
  • Freshly ground pepper


  1. Heat the olive oil over medium heat until hot. 
  2. Add the snap peas and sauté until crisp but tender, about 3 minutes. 
  3. Add the lime juice and mint oil and stir fry until lime juice is almost evaporated. 
  4. Season with a bit of Fleur de Sel and a grind of fresh pepper.
