Located at the extreme west of Sicily, the Barbara orchard has a calcareous and volcanic soil suitable for the cultivation of the Cerasuola olive. This organic olive oil is renowned for its balance and lightness, revealing subtle aromas of green apple and freshly cut grass but well-balanced on the palate.
For 3 generations, the Barbara family has been producing delicious organic olive oils on a typical Sicilian terroir: Trapani. The 10.000 olive trees of the estate, aged between 60 and 70 years old, enjoy rich soils. Thanks to the hills exposed to the wind, the airy land near the sea and the Mediterranean climate, Trapani stands out for its unique olive oils. This well-balanced and tasty oil is a real favourite of Oliviers&Co.
