O&CO.'s Ultimate Burger

O&CO.'s Ultimate Burger


  • 2- 2 ½ lbs lean ground beef chuck
  • 1 jar of O&CO. Traditional Black Tapenade
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 6 grilled hamburger buns or rolls

  • O&CO. Mayonnaise
  • O&CO. Ketchup
  • Thinly sliced red onions
  • Thinly sliced pickle
  • Romaine lettuce


  1. First, divide meat into 6 patties. Divide each patty in half and flatten into a 4-5 inch round. 
  2. Place 1 tbsp. tapenade in the center. Flatten the other half into another patty and place on top of the tapenade patty, pinching the edges to seal them. 
  3. Repeat procedure until you have 6 tapenade burgers ready to grill. 
  4. Sprinkle burgers with salt & pepper and grill to taste. 

To Serve

  • Spread 1 side of a bun with mayonnaise and the other with ketchup, place burger on bun and top with lettuce, red onions and pickle to your liking and enjoy!
