This is an unusual, delicious oil, perfect for brightening salads, vegetables, and especially fish.

Bergamot citrus fruits from Puglia, southern Italy, are pressed at the same time as the olives to produce this olive oil with a flowery citrus flavor, reminiscent of Earl Grey.

So easy to use: delicious with Middle Eastern dishes where mint is used, such as fattoush salad and tabouleh. Adds a unique twist to dipping crusty bread. Pair with any of our Balsamic Vinegars for a unique combination!
