Il Tempio Dell'Oro Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2018

Item # 89996
$49.90

Its well-ventilated soil and terraced hillsides make this mill an ideal location for the precious olive tree. Incidentally, its delicate olive oils have been chosen by many great chefs!

Tempio dell Oro is located in the village of Monteleone d'Orvieto, near the Citta della pieve in the province of Terni in the region of Umbria.

Riccardo Altamura has been growing the olive for about ten years on the four hectares he owns. This batch is one of the most remarkable that Riccardo is known, despite a low yield at the beginning of the harvest. Selected for its purity, this oil is authentic, amazing and tasty. A green juice punctuated with golden reflections with fruit aromas tinged with some delicate floral notes that reveal all its freshness.

You will appreciate this olive oil for its grassy taste profile which reveals notes of cut grass, white flower, fresh pear, fresh cheese with herb on the palate.
