This stuff is incredible. It was bought for me as a gift and I am completely obsessed with it and buy it as a gift for friends and family now. I LOVE to use it to make a Lemon Orzo Pasta salad recipe I found on the ForkKnifeSwoon blog. It is also wonderful for marinating chicken or just drizzled over a salad. I only wish I knew about it sooner! Can't wait to try their other olive oils. I'm sad they no longer have a store in Zurich.

"Incredible flavor - I use it for pasta salad. "

This has to be one of my favorite items ever. I make a Lemon orzo Pasta salad with it and use this as the oil along with Lemon Juice and Lemon zest. Also great for marinating chicken and I was told it was great with fish too. Just ordered tins for Family/friends as gifts with my Pasta salad recipe.

"Nice and sweet"
