Pago of Penarrubia has its origins in a family project that combines the experience and the desire to produce an exceptional extra virgin olive oil whose organoleptic qualities reflect the richness of Spanish southwest lands. Juan Olivares Fernández manages, with passion, his estate on 150 hectares of olive groves. He spreads his passion and his experience to new generations. Thanks to its expertise, the olive trees develop the best olives that give an exquisite flavor to this typical oil of Spain. The Arbequina, which represents 100% this oil, is a rustic olive, very resistant to the cold and the drought. The fruits are small and round and their oils, of exceptional organoleptic quality, translate into finesse and softness in the mouth.
