Peach & Apricot Glazed Ham
Ingredients
- 1 fully cooked bone in ham (5-8 lbs.)
- 20 whole cloves
- ½ cup O&CO. Peach & Apricot jam
- 1-2 tbsp. ground mustard (according to your preference)
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
Directions
- Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
- Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern, about ½ inch deep and insert a clove into each diamond.
- Combine jam, mustard and brown sugar in a small bowl, baste ham with mixture.
- Bake at 325 for 1 ¾ to 2 ½ hours or until thermometer reads 140.
