One of our first O&CO. creators and Michelin-starred Chef, Jean-André Charial, decided to try something unusual with a pesto based in sun-dried tomato. In his mortar, he also crushed basil leaves, a bit of parmesan cheese, some pine nuts and a splash of balsamic vinegar. O&CO.'s Pesto La Rossa is a new standard.
