The producer of this exceptional oil, Pablo Barrios, oversees a sea of 200,000 olive trees bathed in 300 days of sunshine. This is the most outstanding area for agriculture and especially for the olive tree.  More popularly known as "Costa del Sol" by tourists, this geographical area is also one of the most exceptional in Spain for agriculture and, more singularly, for the olive tree.

The picuda and hojiblanca olives from this region provide a well balanced oil with an exotic taste and a velvety texture. This limited edition batch of olive oil is a model of balance:  it  has a lively taste and a delicious mellowness.
