Roasted Asparagus with Parmigiano
Ingredients
- 1 bunch asparagus (look for medium size stalks)
- 5 cloves garlic, peeled
- O&CO. Everyday Olive Oil
- O&CO. Fleur de Sel
- Freshly ground pepper
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmigiano cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Place asparagus on a cookie sheet, drizzle with olive oi, salt and a little fresh pepper.
- Toss to coat all stalks.
- Slice garlic and tuck between stalks.
- Roast until stalks are fork tender, about 20 -25 minutes; you can cook them longer if you prefer more caramelization.
- When asparagus are done, take them out and sprinkle with the cheese.
- Run under the broiler until cheese just melts and begins to bubble, do not burn cheese! Serve immediately.
