This single variety oil is typical of the Puglia region and is distinguished by its freshness and intensity in the mouth.

Crushed on the day of harvest, Ogliarola olives produce a creamy and velvety oil with a very balanced taste. This olive oil with a fresh grassy nose and is slightly spicy tasteon platate. It is ideal for spicing up even the simplest of dishes, whether raw or slow-cooked.

This estate is run by Sabino Leone with her two children Nino and Maddalena. The passion for quality and transparency and quality have been the watchwords for 3 generations. Located in Puglia, a region whose symbol is the olive tree, this orchard benefits from the Mediterranean climate and an exceptional terroir that gives this oil unique aromatic notes that are appreciated by all lovers of Italian oils with character.
