A blazing olive oil

Hundred years old olive trees of the Jaen region saw this Andalusian olive oil come to life. Green olives are selected with care then handpicked, then pressed less than three hours after harvest. This pure extra fresh fruit juice nose reveals an intense aroma of green tomato, fresh cut grass. The signature of this olive oils with greenish hints is fieriness and long finish.

This family estate is located near Baeza in the Jaen region, by the Guadalquivir river. The know how and the passion for this olive oil is a legacy for each generation of the Yera family.

2019 harvest specificity is a late flowering, that made the olive greener at the time of harvest, so the oil extracted became more intense in taste. Best used cold or for low temperature cooking, with red meats, Spanish cheeses, mixed salads.
