Sea Bass Fillet en Papillote


  • 8 Sea Bass fillets
  • 1 jar O&CO. Sardines & Sun Dried Tomatoes Spread
  • 7 oz Carnaroli rice


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Cut 4 squares of aluminum foil. Lightly oil the foil.
  2. Spread the sardine spread evenly on each fillet. Place 2 fillets on one side of each piece of foil. Fold the other half over and crimp the edges to seal tightly. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until the foil has puffed up.
  3. Cook the rice until tender. To serve, divide the rice amongst the plates and arrange 2 fillets atop the rice.
