Seared Salmon with Mandarin Glaze
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. O&CO. Everyday Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp. O&CO. Mandarin Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp. O&CO. Premium Balsamic of Modena
- 4 salmon filets, center cut, skin on
- 1 pinch O&CO. Fleur de Sel
- Fresh ground pepper
Directions
- Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat Everyday Olive Oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
- When oil is ready, add salmon, skin side up and sear until well browned, about 4 minutes.
- Turn fish over and sear until cooked through, about 3-4 minutes more.
- Remove fish to a warm plate.
- Carefully add the balsamic vinegar and mandarin olive oil to the skillet.
- Bring to a quick boil and drizzle over fish. *Serve immediately
