Simple Mandarin & Mango Salad


  • Fresh Baby Spinach or mixed greens
  • Preserved mandarin wedges (juice drained)
  • Sliced almond lightly toasted
  • Grilled chicken (optional)
  • O&CO. Extra virgin olive oil with green lemon
  • O&CO. Mango fruity condiment 


  1. Combine ingredients in quantities to taste.
  2. Serve as a side salad or add grilled chicken for a nutritious & delicious main meal.
