Sweet & Spicy Chinese Chicken Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 1 in. cubes
Marinade
- 4 tbl. Chinese rice wine or dry sherry
- 2 tbl. Cornstarch
Sauce
- ¼ cup O&CO. Cherry Balsamic
- 2 tbl. Soy sauce
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 tbl. Grated fresh ginger
- 3 tbl. O&CO. Chili Pepper infused Olive Oil
- O&CO. Reserva de Guadalupe Olive Oil
Directions
- Whisk together wine and cornstarch.
- Pour marinade over chicken, marinate for 30minutes.
- Mix together all sauce ingredients except garlic and ginger.
- Heat wok and add 2 tbl. Oil, when oil is ready, add garlic and ginger and stir fry until garlic is lightly browned.
- Add drained chicken cubes and stir fry until golden brown on all sides.
- Make a well in the middle of the wok and add sauce.
- Combine sauce and chicken stir fry for about a minute longer, serve hot.
