Sweet & Spicy Chinese Chicken Stir-Fry


  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 1 in. cubes


  • 4 tbl. Chinese rice wine or dry sherry
  • 2 tbl. Cornstarch


  • ¼ cup O&CO. Cherry Balsamic
  • 2 tbl. Soy sauce
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 tbl. Grated fresh ginger
  • 3 tbl. O&CO. Chili Pepper infused Olive Oil
  • O&CO. Reserva de Guadalupe Olive Oil


  1. Whisk together wine and cornstarch.  
  2. Pour marinade over chicken, marinate for 30minutes.  
  3. Mix together all sauce ingredients except garlic and ginger.  
  4. Heat wok and add 2 tbl. Oil, when oil is ready, add garlic and ginger and stir fry until garlic is lightly browned.  
  5. Add drained chicken cubes and stir fry until golden brown on all sides.  
  6. Make a well in the middle of the wok and add sauce.  
  7. Combine sauce and chicken stir fry for about a minute longer, serve hot.
