Tender Chicken with Balsamic Sauce


  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 4 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 10 tbsp. Everyday Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup corn starch

For Sauce
  • 4 tsp. honey
  • 1/2 cup O&CO. Premium Balsamic Vinegar
  • 4 tbsp. grated onion
  • 2 tsp. grated ginger 
  • 2 tbsp. Everyday Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce


  1. Cut chicken breasts into bite size.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour and corn starch. 
  3. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the chicken breasts and coat them with flour and corns starch mixture.  
  4. In a frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and sliced garlic. 
  5. When garlic becomes brown, take them out of the frying pan, set aside.
  6. Add 8 tablespoons olive oil and chicken breasts to the frying pan. 
  7. Cook over medium heat until chicken is cooked.  
  8. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients for sauce, mix well.
  9. When chicken is full cooked, place in bowl with sauce, coat well.
  10. Place chicken on the plate, pour the remaining sauce and cooked garlic on top.
