Olive & Walnut oil is made according to a traditional process; the kernels are toasted on cast iron pans in order to preserve & enhance the aromas of the fruits & then pressed to extract an oil with an intense & typical taste.

Toasted hazelnut oil is produced from hazelnuts from Turkey from fair trade organic products.
