I love this tomato powder. It's amazing with truffle salt in olive oil for dipping or on top of a fried egg (don't forget the truffle salt!) But alas, it has been unavailable almost every time I've looked. There is no other tomato powder that I have tried anywhere close to as good as this one and I'm sincerely hoping they bring it back in stock.

It's sweet; I use it on pasta or rice.

Makes the best scrambled eggs! Fresh tomatoes can be watery. This is the perfect solution to this problem. Also amazing as a pasta topping for an extra kick.

This is one of the best products ever! iits is good on everything from macaroni and cheese ,deviled eggs, almost anything with cheese , ,soups stews in chilies sauces when making your own pasta to spreads or hors d'oeuvres to spicing up any of your all of oil's with a strong fresh tomato flavor or in your vinegars . Use with pepper Rica or in place of pepper Rica for color and rich flavor.
