Only ripe pomegranates with high sugar content are selected for this exquisite vinegar. Mellow fruitiness is one of its key attributes, producing a delightful tartness along with ripe pomegranate flavors that will bring novelty to any savory or sweet recipe.

Food Pairings: A fantastic complement to goat cheese & crackers or desserts made of heavy cream or with ice cream. Also use to deglaze white meat, crustaceans or white fish.

Champagne with one tablespoon pomegranate condiment - AMAZING cocktail! I also mix brown mustard, shallots, pomegranate condiment, and O&CO.'s Salt & Herb mix to use as a dressing for chicken or fish! Let it marinate overnight for ultimate flavor.
